- Pets are allowed. There is a charge of €25.00 per night. Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. Keeping several dogs is only possible upon prior request and after individual review.
- We reserve the right to retain a deposit of £150.00 upon arrival. This will be refunded upon acceptance of the apartment.
- Prices include all additional costs.
- Towels and bed linen are provided.
- For bookings of less than 7 days, we charge a short-term surcharge of €40.00.
- High chair or cot (only the cot is provided; covers, blankets and pillows must be brought with you) available on request. There is a charge of €8.00 per stay.
- The rental prices do not include visitor's tax per person per day (persons aged 17 and over: €1.10 | young people aged 7–16: €0.80).
- We recommend that you take out external travel cancellation insurance, such as with Hanse Merkur.
