Pets are allowed. There is a fee of €25.00 per night. Please note that only one dog per apartment is permitted. Keeping multiple dogs may be possible only upon prior request and after individual review.
We reserve the right to retain a security deposit of €150.00 upon arrival. This will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment.
Prices include all utilities.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
For bookings of less than 7 days, we charge a short-stay surcharge of €40.00.
A high chair or baby cot (only the cot is provided; covers, blankets, and pillows must be brought by the guest) is available upon request. There is a fee of €8.00 per stay for each.
Rental prices are subject to a tourist tax per person per day (adults aged 17 and over: €1.10 | children aged 7–16: €0.80).
We recommend that you take out external travel cancellation insurance, such as with Hanse Merkur.
