- Pets are allowed. There is a fee of €25.00 per night. Please note that only one dog per apartment is permitted. Keeping multiple dogs may be possible only upon prior request and after individual review.
- We reserve the right to retain a security deposit of €150.00 upon arrival. This will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment.
- Prices include all utilities.
- Towels and bed linen are provided.
- For bookings of less than 7 days, we charge a short-stay surcharge of €40.00.
- A high chair or baby cot (only the cot is provided; covers, blankets, and pillows must be brought by the guest) is available upon request. There is a fee of €8.00 per stay for each.
- Rental prices are subject to a tourist tax per person per day (adults aged 17 and over: €1.10 | children aged 7–16: €0.80).
- We recommend that you take out external travel cancellation insurance, such as with Hanse Merkur.
