Each additional person aged 4 and above costs €20.00 per day.

- Pets are allowed. There is a fee of €25.00 per night. Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. Keeping several dogs is only possible upon prior request and after individual review.
- We reserve the right to retain a deposit of €150.00 upon arrival. This will be refunded upon acceptance of the apartment.
- Prices include all additional costs.
- Towels and bed linen are provided.
- For bookings of less than 7 days, we charge a short-term surcharge of €40.00. High chair or baby cot (only the baby cot is provided; covers, blankets, and pillows must be brought by guests) available on request. There is a fee of €8.00 per stay.
- The rental prices do not include visitor's tax per person per day (persons aged 16 and over: €1.95 | young people aged 6–15: €0.90).
- We recommend that you take out external travel cancellation insurance, such as with Hanse Merkur.
